Delivery and Refund Policy at Solestepping

Delivery Notice: Due to ongoing strikes, our delivery services may occasionally experience delays beyond our control, particularly for stock sourced from the United States and Europe. While we strive to deliver shoes within 5 -7 business days and most orders arrive within this timeframe, please note that if your order has not been delivered within 21 business days, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refund and Exchange Policy: At Solestepping, we prioritise customer satisfaction and have implemented a clear and fair refund policy. Understanding that sizing issues may arise, we offer the following options:

  • Returns: Full returns are accepted within 1 week of delivery if the size is incorrect.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size can be made within 2 weeks of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition. Please note, we do not offer refunds for items you no longer want or that do not suit you.
