The ASICS Gel-NYC Cream Rose Water is a running shoe featuring an upper with a Cream mesh fabric base. Softly geometric Pink suede overlays delineate the lace panel and upper structure, accented by ASICS stripes in Pink and Cream on the sides. The bubbled midsole in Cream and white displays GEL technology inserts, and ASICS GEL branding appears on the tongue, rear heel, and side heel.
Japanese athletic wear brand ASICS’ heritage dates to 1949, and the brand creates its new designs by referencing and building upon elements of its vast archive of past styles. The Gel-NYC references the Gel-Nimbus 3 design, which debuted in at the start of the 2000s, while also incorporating elements from the Gel-MC Plus V design. The result is a modern-retro hybrid that is long on style and comfort. -
